Healthy Eats

I came to realize a few months ago that I was consuming entirely too much sugar and caffeine. I was basically overdosing on coffee everyday. My anxiety was through the roof as well as I never slept. I decided to stop drinking coffee about a month ago. That lasted all of three weeks. However I stopped consuming what I call fast food coffee that is chalked full of pesticides, sugar and fat. I now make my own at home or only go to a few select coffee bars. An Organic, low sugar, low fat diet is the way to go. Over the past month I have detoxed my body, flushing out toxins and started a new exercise regime. The amount of energy I now have and the ability to be able to sleep more than 4 hours is amazing. Here’s a few healthy eats I’ve made over the course of the last few days. Organic, local, sustainable, gluten free.
